Coffee With Camelot: Bo Evans School of Real Estate

I thoroughly enjoyed sitting down with the Bo Evans.  He is such an interesting man, and if you live in the area you have probably heard of him.  He is super laid back, and just a fun person to chat with. In this episode we talked about his Real Estate course.  Bo Evan's School of Real Estate was established by Bo Evans, a real estate guru who has been in the business for 27 years.  For 20 of those years he has owned his own brokerage and needless to say, the man knows what he is doing.  He uses this experience to make the classroom come to life through real life examples that help him better explain real estate concepts.  

Mr. Evans sat down and explained the whole licensing process that a person must undergo in order to practice real estate.  He also explains that you do not just have to want to be a realtor to take his course.  He has had first time home buyers (who wanted to learn more about what to expect and what to look for in an agent before beginning the process),  investors (because his class has a section on investment properties and laws associated with investing in real estate), and average people who just were curious about the industry come and learn from his class.
